This varietal lot of Bourbon was grown by smallholder farmers in Gitega Province at some of the highest elevations in Burundi, processed at the Mugano coffee washing station, and imported by JNP Specialty Coffee. As part of a program it calls Dushime — "let's be thankful" in the local Kirundi language — JNP paid farmers a premium for this lot.
